Welcome to MailSigCraft. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MailSigCraft website at mailsigcraft.com and any related products, features, or services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use MailSigCraft
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By signing up, you represent that you are at least 16 and that any information you provide is accurate and complete. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with anyone else and must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may use MailSigCraft to create, preview, and install email signatures for yourself or for people inside your organization. The free plan is limited to one active signature per account. Paid plans have the limits described on our Pricing page.
You agree not to abuse the Service or use automated means to create fake accounts, generate signatures in bulk, scrape content, or otherwise place unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
4. Prohibited uses
You must not use MailSigCraft to:
- Upload, publish, or transmit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or infringes someone else’s rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights).
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization.
- Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited bulk email using signatures created through MailSigCraft.
- Upload malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where this restriction is prohibited by law.
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with any security feature, rate limit, or access control of the Service.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or to train a machine-learning model on our templates, code, or user interface.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice.
5. Plans, billing, and subscriptions
The free plan is free to use. Paid plans (Pro and Team) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are listed on the Pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing for future billing periods on reasonable notice.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in detail on our Refund Policy page. In short, Pro plans are eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee, and Team plans are non-refundable after the first 7 days.
7. Your content
You own everything you upload to MailSigCraft (photos, logos, signature text, and so on). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you. This license ends when you delete your content or your account, subject to the retention period in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any content you upload (for example, company logos).
8. Our content
MailSigCraft, including its templates, code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.
9. Termination
You can stop using MailSigCraft and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we reasonably believe your account is being used for abuse, fraud, or illegal activity. If we terminate your account for cause, we are not obligated to refund any prepaid fees.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply after your account ends.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible with every email client, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of AI- generated content.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailSigCraft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MailSigCraft from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of a third party’s rights.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, if appropriate, give you additional notice (for example, by email or an in-app banner). Continuing to use the Service after the new Terms take effect means you accept them.
