Refund Policy

We want you to love MailSigCraft. If it’s not the right fit, this page explains how refunds work for our paid plans and how to request one.

1. Pro plan refunds

If you purchase a Pro subscription (monthly or annual) and decide it’s not for you, email us within 14 daysof the charge and we’ll refund the full amount. You don’t need to give a reason, and you don’t need to fill in a form.

The 14-day window starts on the date of the original charge, not on the date of renewal. Automatic renewals after the original 14 days are not covered by the money-back guarantee — you can cancel from your account at any time to stop future renewals.

2. Team plan refunds

Team subscriptions can be refunded within 7 days of the original purchase. After 7 days, Team plans are non-refundable for the current billing period, including annual purchases.

If you need to downsize your team, you can remove members at any time from the admin dashboard. The change will apply to your next billing period.

3. How to request a refund

Send an email to info.stilak@gmail.com from the email address on your MailSigCraft account, with “Refund request” in the subject line. Please include:

  • The email on your account.
  • The plan you subscribed to (Pro or Team).
  • The approximate date of the charge.
  • (Optional) Any feedback — we read every reply, and your feedback genuinely helps us improve.

We’ll usually reply within one business day to confirm the refund and cancel your subscription.

4. How long refunds take

Once a refund is approved, we issue it through our payment processor, Dodo Payments. You will typically see the amount returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may appear slightly faster or slower. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, email us and we’ll investigate.

5. What is not refundable

  • Pro renewals after the original 14-day window.
  • Team plans after the initial 7-day window.
  • Accounts we have terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
  • Third-party charges (for example, bank fees or currency conversion fees) applied by your card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

If you disagree with a charge, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback before giving us a chance to help can slow things down for everyone. Accounts with outstanding chargebacks may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
