MailSigCraft
MailSigCraft launched in April 2026 as a signature generator that actually renders across the email clients people use — Gmail, Outlook 2019 and later, Apple Mail, Spark, Yahoo Mail, and a dozen others. We built it because every other tool we tried broke in Outlook, stripped our images, or silently mangled the HTML until it looked fine in Gmail and nowhere else.
This blog is where we write down what we've learned along the way.
Three things, roughly in this order of frequency:
Install guides and client quirks. Gmail aliases, Outlook 2016's Word rendering engine, Apple Mail on iOS versus macOS, Google Workspace admin-pushed signatures. We reproduce the problems, document the fix, and keep each post updated as client behavior shifts.
Profession-specific deep dives. What a lawyer's signature needs that a developer's doesn't. How real estate agents can include license numbers without cluttering the block. When disclaimers actually matter and when they're noise.
Original compatibility data. We test every template across 14+ email clients before we ship it. When we find something interesting — a client that silently rewrites your font stack, a rendering difference between Outlook desktop and Outlook.com — we publish the matrix.
We're not going to write ranking-chasing listicles ("10 best email signature generators in 2026"). We're not going to pad posts with AI-generated filler to hit a word count. We're not going to republish other people's install guides as our own.
If we don't have something specific and useful to say, we won't post that day. Quality beats volume for both human readers and AI search engines.
The RSS feed lives at /blog/feed.xml. Point your reader there and you'll get every new post. We don't have an email list yet — we'll add one when there's enough content to make it worth your time.
See you in the next one.
